ORDER REPLACEMENT/RETURN

  • Replacing, returning or refunding is no more a challenging job at Electromart. Simply, fill in the “Contact Us” form as described in Section – 1 stating the reason for return, replacement or refund. It should be noted that the request must include the Order ID, Billing Email and Phone Number used to place an order. (Order ID is assigned when the customer initially places an order).You can also contact us via email or call our helpline at 042-3631546. In the case of refund, the amount will be returned within 7 working days, depending upon the condition and market price of the returned product. For details, check our return and refund policy.

How To Claim Warranty For A Product?

Service center number mentioned on your warranty card can be dialed in order to claim a warranty.
